Welcome to our home! We wish you a wonderful stay with all the comforts at your disposal. Here are some information and rules:

1. Arrival NOT BEFORE 15.00 – Departure BEFORE 10.00.

2. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival.

3. You can park your car in front of the house or in the square under the house.

4. The loss of the keys entails a compensation of 60 € each.

5. Don't leave any window open when you go out.

6. Please respect the quiet and rest of the neighbours after 10.30pm and until 8am.

7. All damages must be reported and we will determine the amount of compensation.

8. Only people who have booked can enter the house, unless authorized by the owner.

9. Energy is important, turn off all unnecessary lights.

10. It is forbidden to smoke in the house, you can do it on the terrace where you will find the appropriate ashtray.

THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. The apartment must be left as you found it.

2. The refrigerator must be clean. Food left in the apartment must be left on the table.

3. Dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. must be washed and put back in their place.

4. The original equipment must remain in the apartment. The missing one will be charged to the customer.

5. Towels are for drying only, and not for house cleaning.

KITCHEN: You can cook and use everything in the kitchen. Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher (except coffee makers!) with the detergent you find under the sink and then run it. You have to press the left button and then the start button on the right.

GARBAGE: Our Municipality requires separate waste collection. So please throw away plastic, paper and glass in the special containers you find on the stairs, while you can throw the undifferentiated waste in the basket under the sink in the kitchen. The cleaning lady will dispose of your garbage once you leave the house. Separate waste collection is not foreseen for organic waste.
